It seems like there is an app for everything nowadays, and while there is no substitute for proper treatment and rehabilitation, there are some apps which can make living in recovery a bit easier. Here we’ll take a look at the top ten sobriety apps and how they can help you in early recovery.

Nomo

This app was created by someone living in recovery and is currently the #1 sobriety tracker.  You can create an unlimited number of clocks that keep track of how long you have been clean.  You can also add friends as accountability partners and share your clocks with others.  If you are feeling tempted, you can send a notification to specified partners or view mini-distraction exercises to help you refocus. It also tracks the amount of money saved by staying clean and lets you earn chips for milestones in your recovery.
