Vice President of Clinical Services/Clearbrook Lodge
Don Williams began his career as a protective caseworker with the Luzerne County Welfare Department. He joined the ranks of Clearbrook Treatment Centers in 1982 as a family counselor. He was later named assistant director of the family program being promoted to director of family treatment in 1986. He served as Program Director at Clearbrook Lodge, our adolescent drug and alcohol treatment facility beginning in 1991. A Vietnam veteran, decorated for multiple combat missions, Williams received his Bachelor of Arts degree from King’s College. He is also certified by the Pennsylvania Chemical Abuse Certification Board as an Alcoholism / Chemical Dependency Counselor. In 1998 he received the Superior Service Award from the Executive Commission of the Luzerne-Wyoming Drug and Alcohol Program. Williams also serves as a Certified Lead Trainer for the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Programs.
Credited with development of the Drug Task Force for Nanticoke Area in 2003 he is a noted speaker conducting numerous training programs throughout the state of Pennsylvania and the United States.
