Our History

Clearbrook opened its first treatment facility, The Lodge, in 1972 and began treating adults in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania.  In 1980, Clearbrook purchased a property in Laurel Run, Pennsylvania for the purpose of treating adults at this facility, while utilizing the Lodge in Shickshinny for adolescent treatment.  The new adult facility was named The Manor.

Dedicated and opened in June 2010, The Manor, our brand new, 68 bed detox and rehabilitation facility provides a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere for those beginning their journey of recovery.  The 26,000 square foot facility provides quality care to those afflicted by the disease of addiction.

In August of 2010, building began on a new kitchen, dining hall, and offices.  On February 9th 2012 the building opened.  As Clearbrook Treatment Centers looks toward the future, it remains committed to providing respectful clinical treatment in a caring and loving environment.
